NSDCC Detached-Home Sales: March 2025: 156 2026: 171 (+10% YoY) 1Q 2025: 412 2026: 394 (-4%) This year got off to a slower start but statistically we’re cooking now. Let’s see if the war has an impact on April/May sales!
